Sylwia Dubikowska was born in 1983. She grew up in Ziębice. In 2003 she graduated from the S. Kopystynski Liceum Plastyczne of the School of Fine Arts in Wrocław (secondary school). In 2007 she graduated from the Faculty of Conservation of Architectural Detail and Handicraft at the School of Higher Vocational Education in Nysa, receiving her degree at the graduate studio of Prof. M. Molenda. In 2012 she graduated from the Faculty of Arts of the Pedagogical University of Kraków, receiving her degree at the graduate multimedia studio of Prof. Halina Cader-Pawłowska. Also in 2012 she completed her post-graduate studies in visual arts education at the Jan Matejko Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków. She has participated in solo and collective exhibitions. Her works can be found in private collections at home and abroad.
